Ross Hinkle, Ben Lavender and my friend Rachel Puckett started a site that allows you stream live concerts from your phone or website and the music. I’m not going to go on and on about how great it is, but really, it’s great. Try them out, listen to past shows.
From the Liveset website - “Established in 2010, Liveset is a digital platform presenting live concert events for the web and mobile devices in handsome HD. By placing artists at the center of our model and reimagining the production paradigm that exists around them, we aim to create a more intimate experience for our artists and their fans, all while raising the quality bar for online music content.”
Past Liveset Concerts:
Here is my holiday play list… what am I missing?
Virginia Tech quarterback Logan Thomas (redshirt sophomore) led the Hokies to a 66-13 thrashing of Appalachian State. Thomas, making his first collegiate start, completed 9 of 19 passes for 149 yards and a pair of touchdowns. He didn’t throw any interceptions and didn’t fumble the ball. His backup, Mark Leal, was also impressive. He completed 6 of 9 passes for 119 yards and two touchdowns.
Irina Werning’s time machine is her camera — and her travelers could be just about anyone. Odds are, you’ve seen her photos; “Back To The Future,” as Werning calls her project, has become an internet meme, if not an overnight sensation.
“I guess everyone is just curious to see how they age,” Werning says.

This is fascinating!
But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace toward me was not in vain…
My favorite all time band and song. #VACO
Daisy by Joe Purdy, accompanied by his Dad. I just can’t get enough of this guy.
